Complaints channel
In compliance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, with Directive 2019/1937, and other applicable regulations, FIELDEAS has created a whistleblowing channel, whose purpose is to channel alerts regarding possible risks that may become known, which constitutes a responsible act and an ethical duty.
What can be reported?
FIELDEAS staff members, partners, clients, suppliers, or any other person with a legitimate interest may report any possible irregularity or breach of regulations of which they have knowledge.
How to report?
Reports can be made by sending an email to the following address: compliancegrupocic@gmail.com.
They can also be submitted verbally by voice note to the same email address.
Specialized and impartial personnel will carry out the appropriate actions, always ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and any third party mentioned in the report.
An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within seven days of receiving the report, and a response will be provided within three months.
What to include in the report?
The communication must contain the necessary information to allow for the analysis of the reported facts.
Ideal requirements (if any are missing, report what is known):
A clear and detailed description of the facts.
Identification of the Company or Business Unit where the events took place.
The name and contact details of the whistleblower and their relationship with the Group to facilitate analysis and follow-up.
Identification of the individuals involved in or aware of the reported behavior.
The time when the incident occurred or has been occurring.
Quantification, whenever possible, of the impact of the reported event on the financial statements.
If deemed necessary, attach documents, files, or other information considered relevant for the assessment and resolution of the report.
