Preventive maintenance of the plant traps, through inspection routes

Challenge

DYNASOL has designed maintenance routes for the steam traps of its plants, in order to carry out the pertinent preventive inspections on each of the equipment.

We want to provide DYNASOL with the ability to digitize the entire process of inspections on their traps, from the definition of routes, through the configuration of the inspections to be performed on each type of equipment, covering the execution of such inspections in the field, and ending with a monitoring and analysis of the results obtained.

Solution

The implementation of the FIELDEAS Forms tool will allow DYNASOL users to design their own trap routes and program them according to operational needs.

Thanks to FIELDEAS Forms, DYNASOL will be able to carry out much more sophisticated preventive inspections, endowed with a certain operational logic, using a totally intuitive and easy-to-use tool.
