Field work management for the maintenance of EMASESA facilities.

Challenge

The Work Orders associated with preventive and planned maintenance of EMASESA facilities, have associated maintenance GAMAS. These GAMAS depend on several factors, such as maintenance frequency, type of element, etc. Before the digitalization and implementation of Fieldeas, all these GAMAS were completed manually in paper format, with the difficulties and incidents that this causes.

Solution

With the implementation of Fieldeas Forms, integrated with the work module, EMASESA has begun to digitally manage all the Maintenance Ranges associated with the Work Orders of the Facilities Maintenance area. The implementation of Fieldeas Forms is integrated with SAPPM, so that the completions of these ranges can also be consulted and stored in this system.

Fieldeas Forms allows those responsible for the different maintenance tasks to have all the procedures updated in a simple and centralized way.

Some of the maintenance ranges to be completed have a certain logic and conditional complexity, which has been implemented and parameterized through Fieldeas Forms.

Fieldeas Forms integrates with other systems implemented at EMASESA, such as the IdBox, from which displayed signal values are collected, which help users fill in the Ranges.

Result

Emasesa has managed to digitize hundreds of Maintenance Ranges, achieving that their integral management is carried out through the Fieldeas Forms tool. Thanks to this, users have all the information to fill in these forms on their mobile devices, integrating business data of interest for their resolution.

In addition, it has been possible to greatly reduce corrective actions, reducing decision-making time, due to the fact that the information filled in in the ranges is available automatically by those responsible.
