Challenge

Itelazpi is a public company whose objectives include the provision of radio communication services to the different public administrations of the autonomous community of Euskadi. Among the services provided by ITELAZPI, are the following:

• Broadcast services
• Radiocommunications.
• Rural Internet Access Services.
• Hosting and hosting of third-party communications system sites.

All these services provided by Itelazpi require Preventive and Planned maintenance on the entire network of elements in the different areas. These maintenance tasks are performed by different contractors, which must comply with contracts and procedures agreed with ITELAZPI, regarding the tasks to be performed. 

Itelazpi decides to face the challenge of implementing a mobility solution for the advanced management of first-level preventive maintenance of assets in the field, and that allows the improvement of other actions carried out in Itelazpi locations in the future.

Solution

The Fieldeas solution is implemented, with its incorporated Fieldeas Forms module, to cover all field management of preventive maintenance of Itelazpi assets, in its different areas or activities.

Fieldeas Forms will cover all the management of procedures and checklists established under contract, in all preventive maintenance of assets in the field. Fieldeas Forms will give the possibility to keep digitized at all times the maintenance procedures, so that their completion can be done through the contractors’ mobile devices.
