Production and Maintenance Checks for Repsol Química centers and plants.
Challenge
Repsol Química has thousands of control procedures or checklists, linked to the different areas, specialties and centers of Repsol Química. The execution and completion of these procedures on paper caused long delays and management problems in the day-to-day management of the production and maintenance departments.
Solution
The implementation of the FIELDEAS Forms tool has allowed Repsol Química users to digitize all of the Maintenance and Production Department Checks. Through the hierarchy designed through the group logic of FIELDEAS Forms, users have been given access only to the group or groups of checks that apply to the role and disposition of the worker within the company.
Those responsible for these departments and operations are now able to update and add procedures or checklists, autonomously and easily.
