VESTAS carries out the maintenance of wind turbines in different wind farms and working with various customers and manufacturers requirements, these checks are performed on paper, with all that this entails and with the need to subsequently transfer and digitize the information for the report to the end customer.
The main objective with this FIELDEAS Forms solution is to provide VESTAS with a homogeneous, simple and intuitive tool that allows it to digitize its processes, as well as to facilitate the reception of information in real time.
Solution
The implementation of the tool FIELDEAS Forms in Spain, allows VESTAS Office users to design the Check Forms models proposed by the manufacturer to be filled in digitally. Then the technicians, using mobile devices, fill out these forms according to the requirements.
Thanks to FIELDEAS Forms, VESTAS has homologated its check forms, making them much more sophisticated and providing them with certain operational logic and measurement data intervals, thus achieving a better result with more reliable data.
